Requests you can make

• Remove a show from OORA’s RSS search index.
• Prevent a show from being selected from the OORA index for new transcription jobs.
• Correct a show name, podcaster, artwork, description or RSS source.
• Report another concern involving copyright, trademarks, attribution or source information.

Information to include

• The name, organization and contact details of the rights holder or authorized representative.
• The relevant podcast, episode or RSS URL and its matching information in OORA.
• Material that supports ownership or representative authority.
• The specific action requested and the reason for it.

What OORA can address

OORA reviews the request and can act within its own RSS index and learning tools.

OORA cannot remove or modify content hosted by an original podcast platform, hosting provider or public RSS source. Contact the relevant publisher or host for changes to the original material.
